While you were outFebruary 11th, 2009 / Posted by Hillary Brown
Today, while Nathan was out of the office traveling on business, I decided to hijack the blog so I could give you all a behind-the-scenes look at what goes on when he’s not here. Basically, lots of lounging, beer drinking and of course, a dance party. Well, I just saw a tweet that Nathan is on his way back from Minneapolis, so I better clean this mess up and get the office back to normal. Enjoy the video!

Anyone who can organize a dance party that fast deserves my business. Such organizational skill… da-ang!

Something similar to that happens in my office, except we (and don’t tell ANYONE THIS) crank up “gettin jiggy wit it” while making old school “Do you have have Prince Albert in a can” prank phone calls to numerous receptionists in the Des Moines area.

That looks like way more fun than Nathan and I had at the Cargill offices yesterday! (There are some rules about drinking beer and dance parties here for some reason.) Next time he’s going to send Hillary to Mpls to hang out with me, and then he’ll stay in DSM to lead the dance party!

I’m very sad I didn’t get invited to the dance party. Do I need to loiter around the East Village in my hipster disco duds for Hillabean to notice me?

Add me to the invitee list for next time!

It’s a tough job, but somebody’s gotta do it.

Okay, upon further review of these shenanigans,
I noticed the Prometheus Awards poster on the fridge. You have a poster I designed up in the office and I still don’t get invited to dance parties!!!!!!!! That is just wrong.
